Bucky Dog Portal: The Time to Pet App

All things Bucky Dog are powered by an app called Time to Pet (similar to if you’ve ever booked a workout class through Mindbody or a restaurant reservation through Open Table).

We use Time To Pet to:

  • Schedule walks and overnight care

  • Messaging between clients and walkers

  • Sending clients report cards of their pet

  • Track your walks for payments

  • See information about a pet’s care or how to access the home

Bucky Dog Team FAQs

    • Open the Time to Pet app and tap “Schedule”

    • Select the walk you are ready to begin

    • Tap “Start Timer” in the bottom right corner

    • Do the walk! Have fun, take some photos

    • When you’re dropping the dog back off, tap “Stop Timer” in the app and fill out the report card. 

    • Be sure to tap Complete the event and “yes” to end the walk and get it logged in our system.

  • These are short notes sent to the client after each walk letting them know how their pet did.

    Please be sure to include at least one photo of the pet and a note on how the walk went. Clients really love this so we like to try and make the notes unique and fun.

  • Starting in 2026, we issue all waker payments twice monthly! Payments are issues on the 5th and 20th, but please note they may take a couple business days to process.

  • Every week Paige will email you a link and a reminder to fill out the Bucky Dog Walker Availability Form. This is where you can tell us your availability and we will book you for walks during those windows.
