Potty Breaks & Puppy Playtime

Drop-in visits for puppies, seniors, and dogs who need a little extra care during the day.

Not every dog is ready for long walks—or able to be home alone all day. Whether you have a young puppy who hasn’t finished vaccinations yet, or an adult dog who needs a midday break, Bucky Dog offers flexible, in-home drop-in visits designed around your dog’s needs.

Drop-In Visit Services & Rates

All puppy playtime and potty break visits are handled by our trusted, community-based walkers—fully vetted, insured, and familiar faces you can feel good about welcoming into your home.

Have a puppy who’s too young to join the pack?

Puppies typically aren’t ready for walks with other dogs until they’ve completed their full round of vaccinations (often around 16 weeks). Our puppy playtime visits provide safe, attentive care right at home, including supervised play, potty breaks, feeding if needed, and plenty of love and attention.

These visits are ideal for:

  • Puppies who aren’t fully vaccinated yet

  • Dogs who need companionship for a few hours

  • Building routine and comfort while you’re away

  • Yes! Our puppy playtime sessions are made exactly for puppies who have not had their shots. The Bucky Dog walker will come to your home and play with your puppy in your own backyard. If your puppy needs lunch or anything specific, we’re happy to provide that.

  • All puppies grow into adult dogs! The next step is often getting groups of puppies together on “starter walks”—they get used to being on a leash and have fun playing together! Final step is when your puppy walks with the big dogs on a good 60 or 90 minute walk! We’ve had dogs, like our sweet Rufus, join us as puppies and graduate to full walks—it’s so fun seeing them grow up in our pack!

  • Yes! Your schedule is our schedule and we can help ensure your puppy stays on a regular schedule be it meal times, nap times, or anything in between.
